One of the things that sets your cartoons above all the others now circulating is that your little characters seem kin to Plankton, the proprietor of the Chum Bucket. I like that.

I suppose these guys have heard of S. Bob and Co., but I think the latter are a salt-water school. Might be good cause for a guest appearance though. A visit, cameo. Already a couple of other characters in the image library, but I’ve got a whole mix of projects channeling my energy elsewhere, away from the blog (that should change in about ten days).
I’m glad you noticed the NBA attire. Lost some of the detail in resizing, but–as you know–it’s important to represent team affinities during the playoffs.

Now that’s some kind of treyincidence. Look forward to the podcasts. I, too, like the idea of comm. design. I was even thinking that CCC could be productively recast as CCCD and CCCC could be CCCCD. Needs some explaning, maybe something parenthetical like (with communication design we almost mean rhetoric).

Plankton, eh? I was going for barracudas. But I was encouraged to find that planktos (Gr.) means wandering. So thematicaly, in this sense, it’s planktonic.

Sea-ling’s mutual. I’m frond of “The as-of-yet unnamed comics at cgbvb,” too. Much funnier than Scrapes. Tougher to pun, though. Less piranamastically suited, I mean.
