Ending Foot-mending

The orthopedic doc finally buzzed the cast from Ph.'s right leg this morning. Fhazzip-a! four passes. The cast fell aside (a collector's piece because of the congested criss-cross of signatures and that one phone number). Ph. sprung to his feet. And except for the easing-back-into-it strain at the Achilles, he's healed.

Make sure he doesn't start getting all nutty with those baseline power moves -- at least until he's 99%

Funny, just about the time you sent this comment, Ph. was (unbeknownst to us) going against doctor's orders and *jumping* into Thornden pool..."for fun." I probably don't need to say outright how thrilled I was.
